Daniel NGASSIKI

Daniel NGASSIKI is currently the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of the Congo to the Republic of Cameroon. He previously served as the Secretary General, a member of the government (or Directorate) of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC, Central Bank) in Yaoundé, Cameroon. In this role, he significantly contributed to major reforms and the remarkable recovery of the BEAC in terms of governance, management, finances, and advisory development in the CEMAC countries during his non-renewable 6-year term from 2010 to 2016. He is the inventor of the concepts of “diversityism” (praising diversity), inclusive infinitics, and sovereign preference actions referring to state actions without voting rights as an innovative state financing instrument. On this basis, he is the founder and honorary President of the Inclusive Infinitic Foundation and the author of four books published in France to date on these topics, particularly emphasizing inclusive infinitics.
