[ACCI-CAVIE] Dr. Lansana Gagny Sakho, the first resident representative of the ACCI in Senegal, played a crucial role in the success of the African Competitive Intelligence General Assembly held in Dakar from April 29th to 30th, 2019. A relentless advocate for African competitiveness, it is only natural that he becomes the second in command of the ACCI. While he has political engagements in Senegal where he holds technical functions, his opinions do not represent the views of the Centre.
Who is Dr. Lansana Gagny Sakho?
Lansana Gagny Sakho holds a PhD from the University of Paul Valery in Montpellier and an MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
After more than twenty years of experience in the private sector, he joined the Senegalese public administration in October 2014. He successfully led the first reform of rural water management for the Senegalese government and implemented various sanitation projects.
As a specialist in public management, he is particularly involved in strategies for modernizing African administrations and formulating projects for public administrations (governments, local authorities), the private sector, and non-governmental organizations.
