Our history

The African Centre for Competitive Intelligence (ACCI) was officially legalized on August 3rd, 2015, in Yaoundé by a prefectoral decision. The ACCI is a non-profit, non-governmental organization governed by Law No. 90/053 of December 19, 1990, which pertains to freedom of association. Its headquarters are located in Yaoundé, Republic of Cameroon.

Our primary objective is to foster the adoption of best practices in competitive intelligence throughout Africa and assess their impact on the region’s competitiveness.
